Process for Preparing Alkylglucoside Using Immobilized β-Glucosidase

PURPOSE: A method for producing alkylglucoside using immobilized beta-glucosidase is provided, thereby mass-producing the alkylglucoside. CONSTITUTION: The alkylglucoside is produced by adding beta-glucosidase immobilized on multiporous silica or polystyrene encapsulated with glucose and polyethyleneimine into a mixed solvent of hydrophilic cosolvent, water and alcohol in a volume ratio of 50:20:30 to 75:20:5; and reacting the mixture at 30 to 50 deg.C, in which the glucose is repeatedly added into the solvent in an amount of not resulting phase separation of the solvent; the concentration of glucose is 0.08 to 0.2 mol per 1 liter of solvent; the hydrophilic cosolvent is selected from monoglyme, diglyme, 2-methoxyethanol and 1,4-dioxane; and the alcohol is selected from hexanol, octanol, decanol and dodecanol.
