Corridor and balcony of ultra higher stories apartment half slab construction method

PURPOSE: A method to construct half-slabs of a corridor and a balcony of a high-rise apartment is provided to improve the quality and waterproof capacity of a joint. CONSTITUTION: A construction method comprises four steps. In the first step, pad mortar(13) is poured on one side of the upside of a first wall(11) made of precast concrete. A half precast-concrete corridor member(16) is constructed on the pad mortar. In the second step, a reinforcing cast layer(18) is formed by using concrete while a truss girder(17) projected from the corridor member, and a bar(14) of the first wall are connected, and numerous bars(19) are vertically and horizontally arranged. In the third step, a second wall(20) is constructed by using precast concrete and the bottom is contacted with the upside of the first wall. In the fourth step, a pad-mortar layer(25) is formed toward the inside of the contacted area. In the fifth step, an intercepting material(22) and a back-up material(23) are inserted into the outside of the contacted area of the first and second walls. The center of the contacted area where a thermal insulating layer(15) of the first wall is contacted with the same layer of the second wall is charged with a filler(24) of sponge rubber.
