ERECTION METHOD FOR PRECAST CONCRETE SLAB FOR BALCONY AND CORRIDOR OF MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain proper accuracy, and prevent the occurrence of an overturn or the like at the time of a precast concrete slab erection work by applying the constitution that the lower side of a precast concrete slab and the floor of a story immediately below a story for erecting the precast concrete slab are jointed to each other with chain having a turnbuckle and, then, the chain is given tension. ;SOLUTION: An insert 2 is preliminarily driven into the lower end of a precast concrete slab, and a scaffolding insert 3 is as well preliminarily driven at the time of placing concrete for a lower story, thereby suspending the precast concrete slab. Also, an eye bolt 5 is fitted to the scaffolding insert 3 in advance. When the precast concrete slab is placed on a support, a chain 6 is fastened to a chain mate 4. Thereafter, the chain 6 adjusted in length suitable for a hook 8 above a turnbuckle 7 is jointed to the eye bolt 5. Then, the turnbuckle 7 is turned to apply tension to the chain 6. Also, the precast concrete slab is detached from a crane and, then, erected at the prescribed position after fine adjustment. Thereafter, the turnbuckle 7 is turned so as to give tension up to a value within a chain safety load.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
