Zinc coating weight thickness by the magnetic induction measurement method

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for measuring a thickness of zinc coating is provided to measure a use purpose of a coated steel plate and a life expectancy of a corrosion resistance by informing consumers of a coating amount through a precise measurement of the coating amount. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic induction coil(40) is formed on a center portion of a core(60) to measure a coating layer on a surface of a zinc coating steel plate(10). Detection coils(30, 50) are wound as sensors on the upper and lower portions of the core(60). The sensors are arranged in an array manner to form a square shape with the same number in the left and right. A coating portion of a steel plate is measured by the sensors, and measured values are summed and averaged while excluding a maximum value and a minimum value.
