PURPOSE: A process for preparing the titled fabric having various wrinkles in many directions through two pleat-forming processes, a pressing process and a steaming process is provided, thereby producing a polished and elegant pleated textile fabric. CONSTITUTION: This process comprises the steps of: supplying a textile fabric to a first pleat-forming machine; forming indefinite type natural wrinkles; forming wide corrugated wrinkles with the indefinite type natural wrinkles; forming a first wrinkle part by a pressing process under a pressure of 5 to 5kg/cm2 and a steam spraying process; forming fine corrugated wrinkles for forming a fine wrinkle part between the wide wrinkle parts; forming a second wrinkle part by a pressing process under a pressure of 5 to 5kg/cm2, a steam spraying process and a heating process at 120 to 250deg.C; and ironing under pressure and rolling.
