Fabrication method and device of ultrathin punch by electrochemical etching

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing minute perforation punches are provided to improve the productivity by fabricating the minute perforation punches in mass-production. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte(3) is stored in an electrolytic cell(30). An anode(1) and a cathode(2), which are fabricated as a punch, are immersed into the electrolyte(3) by a predetermined depth. The anode and cathode(1,2) are connected to a positive pole and a negative pole of a control device(4). When the voltage is applied to the anode and cathode(1,2), an oxidation reaction is created at the anode(1) and a reduction reaction is created at the cathode(2). By adjusting current density flowing through the anode(1), the diameter of the anode(1) can be uniformly controlled.
