PURPOSE: A system for managing a civil engineering measurement in real time is provided to manage information measured in a remote place connected through the Internet while various kinds of construction states are monitored by automating system related to a civil engineering measurement. CONSTITUTION: A field measuring device(100) includes a plurality of measuring sensors(110) mounted for measuring a construction state of a civil engineering field and transmits data measured from the measuring sensors(110) through a data transmitting/receiving unit(130). A field monitoring server(200) collects, processes, and calculates measured data of each measuring sensor(110). The field monitoring server(200) stores the measured data in a database(210), compares the stored data with predetermined reference data, judges the construction state, and transmits the judged result. If the stored measured data are changed and updated, the field monitoring server(200) copies the changed and updated data and transmits the data. An integrated measuring management server(300) receives the measured data from the field monitoring server(200) in a remote place, executes a backup of the data, and supplies the backup measured data to a plurality of user PCs(400) by responding to a request of the user PCs(400) connected through an Internet network.
