PURPOSE: A system for intermediating investors and enterprisers through networks and a service method thereby are provided so that investors and enterprisers can carry out investment conference through networks. CONSTITUTION: An investor builds overall investment strategy and an enterpriser makes investment finances and a business plan(s2). The investor determines a detailed investment policy for overall investment strategy and the enterpriser determines the contents to invite investment(s4). The investor and the enterpriser search investment objects or investors through an investor or enterpriser database respectively(s6). They select and determine an investor and an enterpriser respectively(s10). The investor appraises the selected enterprise through an actual inspection procedure and the enterpriser provides detailed data about his business plan according to the request of the investor(s12). The investor and the enterpriser execute conference to conclude an investment contract(s14).
