DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING IGNITION-CHARCOAL, METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF AND METHOD FOR USING IGNITION-CHARCOAL

PURPOSE: Provided are a device for manufacturing an ignition-charcoal, which automatically manufactures the ignition charcoal when continuously putting raw materials therein through a heating, a slow-cooling and a sorting process, a method for preparing thereof and a method for using the ignition-charcoal. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a first smoke pipe(100) displaced at a regular gradient to be rotably supported, a burner(130) displaced on the lower part side exit(100b) of the first smoke pipe to blow a flame to the inside of the first smoke pipe, a second smoke pipe(120), one end of which is located on the lower part side exit of the first smoke pipe to be rotably displaced with a regular gradient to the other side and operating motors to operate the first smoke pipe and the second smoke pipe. The method for preparing the ignition charcoal comprises steps of (a) blowing the flame from the lower side to the inner part of the first smoke pipe simultaneously with rotating the first smoke pipe in one direction to afford a gradient of combustion temperature thereto; (b) putting general charcoal finely-pulverized to a size of 2-4 centimeters or grains of wood in the top side entrance of the first smoke pipe to carbonize according to the gradient of the combustion temperature; and (c) after passing the ignition charcoal coming out of the lower side of the first smoke pipe through the second smoke pipe with the regular gradient to slowly cool down, putting it in a closed container.
