PURPOSE: A shellfish culture box and a multistage shellfish culture apparatus are provided to enable the culture of a large amount of shellfish in narrow places while facilitating the growth of shellfish. CONSTITUTION: The shellfish culture box(30) comprises a casing(31) which is adapted to provide an interior shellfish culture space and formed with a plurality of seawater communicating holes; and at least one partition panels(34) installed within the casing in order to divide the interior space of the casing. The partition panels are formed with a plurality of penetrating holes for allowing the passage of shellfish. Plurality of the culture boxes are stacked in a multi-stage manner.
