TAIL GATE SIDE BUMPER MOLDING METHOD OF AUTOMOBILE AND TAIL GATE SIDE BUMPER

PURPOSE: A tail gate side bumper and a method for forming the same are provided to prevent a reinforcement member from being eroded by improving the coupling force between rubber and the reinforcement member formed around a fixing hole. CONSTITUTION: A cavity is formed between a fixing mold(10) and a moving mold(12). A pair of first setting jigs(110) are installed at a center of the fixing mold(10). A supporting jaw(111) is formed at a lower end of the setting jigs(110). A pair of fixing hole fabricating jigs(112,112') are provided at both sides of the fixing mold(10). A setting hole is formed at a center of a reinforcement member. The supporting jaw(111) is inserted into the setting hole. A pair of perforation holes are formed at both sides of the reinforcement member. A diameter of the perforation holes is larger than a diameter of fixing hole fabricating jigs(112,112').
