PURPOSE: Provided are an inorganic ceramic filler of micro size, which is used as complex polyelectrolyte of lithium polymer battery, and which can increase an ion conductivity and mechanical strength of electrolyte and thus improve a capability of the lithium polymer battery, and an electrolyte comprising the same. CONSTITUTION: The powder of titanium oxide, the mixed powder of lithium oxide and lead oxide, and the powder of lead oxide, which have micro size, are used as a filler for complex polyelectrolyte of lithium polymer battery. The titanium oxide powder is produced by ball milling pure titanium powder or titanium having a spongy form; the mixed powder of lithium oxide and lead oxide is produced by ball milling pure lead and lithium sulfate; and lead oxide powder is produced by ball milling pure lead. The electrolyte is produced by dissolving 5-15 parts by weight of a filler consisting of 100 parts by weight of binder, 50 parts by weight of lithium salt, and any one of the powders in a high molecular solvent.
