PURPOSE: An air controller of a boiler is provided to keep the volume of the air supplied to a heat exchanger by sensing the air volume with a hall sensor and controlling the rotation of a motor. CONSTITUTION: An air controller of a boiler comprises an air volume pipe body(116) guiding the inflow of air at the inlet of a combustion fan(100); a rotating shaft(124) installed in the air volume body to be rotatably by a shaft support unit(126); an airflow fan(120) fixed on one end of the rotating shaft to rotate the rotating shaft employing the inflow air; a magnet(144) fixed on the other end of the rotating shaft; and a hall sensor(122) installed in the air volume pipe body to sense the rotation of the airflow fan. Rotation of a motor(110) is controlled, and the volume of the air supplied to a heat exchanger is controlled thereby. If the volume of air is varied, the rotation of the airflow fan is varied and so is the rotation of the magnet. The varied rotation is sensed by the hall sensor, and the motor is controlled. Therefore, the volume of the air supplied to the heat exchanger is kept uniform even if the external condition is changed.
