The present invention relates to an external box that dissipates the heat generation of a small transformer. In other words, it is a small, very small transformer, one side of which is filled with oil in a cube of about 100 mm in length, and heat generated during the transformation process is transferred to the oil. This is transferred to the case of the hexagonal design of the present invention, and the heat is dissipated in the air. Since heat generated must be above a certain surface area in order to be released into the air, unevenness is generated in the bellows pipe or pipe direction, or a flat plate is used to make a flat enclosure and a plate is welded or assembled on the outside to increase the surface area. However, there were many problems in the welding area, especially in the manufacturing and assembly phases. In addition, a lot of work was required to form bellows or unevenness, which was not effective. Therefore, the present invention solves the above problems and at the same time, not only has sufficient surface area for heat dissipation, but also press-formed steel plate of 0.4mm or less to maintain the strength, thereby manufacturing the outer case, the welding part and the assembly surface or The main characteristics of the material are that it can be more competitive in terms of cost and automation.
