METHOD FOR PALLIATIVE OPERATION AT TUMORS OF GASTRIC OUTGOING DEPARTMENTS

FIELD: medicine, surgery, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with palliative operations in case of gastric cancer. One should apply anteriorcolic gastroenteroanastamosis at gastric bottom and interintestinal anastomosis. Serous-muscular layer of gastric wall is resected cross-sectionally above a tumor. Mucosa is sutured with apparatus suture. The line of mechanical suture is covered with separate serous- muscular sutures. Adducting intestine is sutured above interintestinal anastomosis with apparatus suture. In peculiar case, gastroduodenal artery is bound at the site where it leaves total hepatic artery.
