FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing strain of choleraic vibrio of classic biovara serovara Ogava with high production of choleraic toxin, toxin-coregulating adhesion pili no synthesizing soluble hemagglutinin/protease. Strain Vibrio cholerae KM 200 no synthesizing hemagglutinin/protease is obtained as producer of choleraic toxin and toxin-coregulating adhesion pili. Strain is obtained by selection method from natural toxicogenic strain M29 no synthesizing soluble hemagglutinin/protease. Strain does not synthesize soluble hemagglutinin/protease, it shows high level of production of choleraic toxin (14 mcg/ml) and toxin-coregulating adhesion pili exceeding the production level of this antigen by 2-3-fold as compared with known industrial strains and can be used in production for preparing the more effective choleraic vaccine cholerogen-anatoxin by its enrichment with novel protective antigens (TCP), preparing purified choleraic toxin antigens and toxin-coregulating adhesion pili that can be used for development of cheap diagnostic test-systems in order to detect natural strains of choleraic vibrio with production of CT and TCP, for carrying out genetic investigations of regulation systems of virulence genes and immunogenicity of choleraic vibrio.
