FIELD: turbomachine engineering, possibly restoration of turbine of aircraft gas-turbine engine. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminarily preparing worn inner surface of sectors by cutting circumferential capillary grooves along the whole inner surface; preliminarily making plates corresponding to profile of surface of sector with capillary grooves; pouring solder powder onto surface of sector with capillary grooves for filling said grooves; removing excess quantity of solder powder; wetting solder with binder solution in order to fix it in grooves; after drying removing excess solder from surface by means of spatula; assembling plate and sector at providing plate protrusion relative to sector; closely compressing them one to another and joining them by means of spot resistance welding with use of band loops; forming feeding pocket near cross end of sector assembled with plate for filling it with powder solder; compacting powder solder; wetting it with binding solution and drying in air; then assembling sectors prepared for soldering on special attachment while placing feeding pockets from upwards; soldering in vacuum furnace at heating by three stages; controlling quality of soldering; milling protruded portions of plates in order to make them flush relative to contours of sectors; performing final working of inner surface in ring assembled of sectors.
