FIELD: biochemistry, cellular biology, biotechnology, electronic microscopy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to investigations by method of transmission electronic microscopy. For this aim after mixing liposomes aqueous dispersion with uranyl acetate aqueous solution polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous solution is added to mixture prepared that adsorbing on liposomes inhibits their aggregation and makes the uniform distribution of liposomes on backing. Polyvinylpyrrolidone concentration in mixture applied on backing is taken experimentally and it is in the range from 0.01 to 0.06%. EFFECT: enhanced quality of electron-microscopic picture. 1 ex
