SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel pyrimido[5,4-d]-pyrimidines of the general formula (I) and medicinal agents exhibiting properties of tyrosine kinase inhibitor of the growth epidermal factor receptors family based on thereof. In compounds of the general formula (I) R_a means hydrogen atom; R_b means 3-chlorophenyl, 3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl, 3-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethoxy)phenyl, 4-amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl, 4-(benzyl)phenyl, 3-(benzyloxy)phenyl, 4-(benzyloxy)phenyl, 3-hydroxymethylphenyl, biphenyl-4-yl, 3-phenoxyphenyl, 4-phenoxyphenyl, 3-trifluoromethoxyphenyl, 4-(benzyloxy)-3-chlorophenyl, 3-chloro-4-phenoxyphenyl, 3-chloro-4-cyanophenyl or 4-chloro-3-cyanophenyl group; or R_a and R_b in common with nitrogen atom locating between them mean indoline-1-yl or 1,2,3,4-tetraquinoline-1-yl group and so on.
