FIELD: method and device for light treatment of acropathologies, edemas inclusive. SUBSTANCE: method is accomplished by uniform irradiation of the region of pathology on all the sides due to the use of separate light beams with a spectral band not exceeding 20 nm within the range from 620 to 670 nm, and not exceeding 60 nm within the range from 820 to 950 nm. Irradiation is accomplished both by continuous and pulse or modulated irradiation. The duration and periodicity of the claimed method of light treatment are preset. The device is made in the form of a hollow semi-detachable cylinder. Uniformly arranged on the cylinder inner surface are radiation sources providing the necessary parameters of light treatment.
