METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH LYMPHATIC EDEMA OF LOWER EXTREMITIES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the field of medicine, namely to the vascular surgery. The method includes the effect of centrifugal force in direction head - lower extremities in horizontal position of patient with lymphatic edema of lower extremities. During the exposure compression stockings or elastic bandage is placed on the lower extremities of the patient, during the session patient performs continuous feet movements on fitness cycle. In patients with first degree of lymphatic edema the first session is performed for 8 minutes at the speed 30 rpm, second and all subsequent - for 10 minutes at the speed 34 rpm with the course of 10 sessions repeated 1-2 times per year, the stockings is of class 2 compression. In patients with second degree of lymphatic edema the first two sessions are performed for 8 minutes at rotation speed 30 rpm, third and fourth session are performed for 9 minutes at speed 32 rpm, fifth and subsequent - for 10 minutes at speed 34 rpm, number of sessions is 10, repeated 2 times a year, the stockings is of class 3 compression. In patients with the third degree of edema the first session is performed for 8 minutes with rotation speed 28 rpm, every subsequent session is performed for 9 minutes increasing the rotation speed by 1 rpm at each session, number of sessions is 10, repeated 2-3 times a year, the stockings is of class 3 compression. ;EFFECT: method provides for lymph flow stimulation in patients of this group.;2 ex, 1 dwg
