FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to methods of control over radio engineering properties of produced dielectric materials for underground antennas of meter and higher wave ranges when blocks are manufactured from materials considered to be materials with closed porosity. For rejection of materials with quasi-closed porosity absorbing moisture sample of this material is placed in bath containing water for more than month under height of water column not less than 0.5 m. After it outer surface of sample is thoroughly dried, the loss tangent of dielectric is measured on operational frequency by capacitor method and if its value exceeds 2•10-2 then sample is considered to be produced from dielectric material with quasi-closed porosity. EFFECT: procedure provides for qualitative control over various types of materials. 2 dwg
