SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of triazolobenzazepine as prodrug form of the general formula (I) where R1 means hydrogen atom, OH, alkyl or phenylalkyl; R2,R3,R4,R5 mean hydrogen, halogen atom, optionally protected hydroxyl, formyl, optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy-group and so on; Q means group taken among the following group: (i) , (ii) , (iii) and (iv) , halogen atom or alkoxy-group; R31-R38 mean hydrogen atom, phenyl, C1-6-alkyl being optionally substituted and so on. Invention relates to methods of their synthesis, pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof and method of treatment of allergic diseases, intermediate compounds and methods of their synthesis. New compounds can be used as antialelrgic agents eliciting excellent biological availability.
