FIELD: medicine, medicinal biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves separation of plasma from the whole blood sample, filtration of separated plasma using carbon mixture as sorbent. Sorbent consists of expanded graphite and carbon nanocrystals in the form of nanotubes of size 1-10 nm with bound free radicals C, C₂, C₃, C₄, C₅ and/or radicals as a single or some bound hexagonals and/or hexagonals with bound radicals of species C, C₂, C₃, C₄, C₅ being content of carbon nanocrystals in mixture is no less 10%. Invention provides to carry out effective blood clearance from uric acid and creatinine based on high bio- and heme-compatibility of adsorbent. EFFECT: improved method of plasma clearance.
