SUBSTANCE: the suggested kit contains purified and inactivated antigen of PRM agent immobilized upon solid carrier, and, additionally, carboxyl-containing cationite KB-4P-2, hen's dry positive blood serum to PRM agent, hen's dry negative blood serum and dry antispecific immunoperoxidase conjugate against hen's immunoglobulins; moreover, each of the mentioned components and cationite KB-4P-2 are at the following ratio, weight%: 2 : 98 - 15 : 85. As for inspecific components, the kit contains tris-buffer solution, phosphate-citrate buffer, orthophenylene diamine dyestuff or 2,2-azino-di[3-ethyl]benzthiazoline sulfonic acid, twin- 20 detergent and hydroperite. The kit increases IEA activity and specificity and decreases cost price. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. 11 cl, 11 ex, 6 tbl
