FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording electrocardiogram from 12 leads. The following electrocardiogram values are measured: P- tooth amplitude from lead II, Q-tooth amplitude from lead V6, R-tooth amplitude from leads I-III, aVF, V1,V4-6 amplitude of S-tooth from leads I-II, V1,V5-6 amplitude of T-tooth from lead aVR, P-tooth, P-Q segment and QRS-complex durations in lead II. Difference of amplitude sums [(RI+SII)-(SI+RIII)], ratio of amplitudes [100P/(R-S)], ratio of amplitude sums [(RVI+SV5)/(SVI+RV5)], ratios of amplitudes R and S in leads V5 and V6, one half of amplitude sum [(SV5+SV6)/2], ratio of P-tooth duration to P-Q segment duration. Each value is estimated in points and mean point value is calculated. The value is interpreted in terms of disease availability or patient belonging to a risk group. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of early stage non-invasive diagnostic examination of high accuracy. 2 tbl
