FIELD: construction of buildings and structures on permafrost, soft and heaving grounds and also in seismic zones. SUBSTANCE: building or structure includes walls, floors and foundation, all made of similar steel concrete members. Each member consists of reinforced concrete plates and metal fortifying strut frames of spatial type having belt and braces which are connected to embedded parts located in corners or intermediate components of reinforced concrete plates and consists of main metal plate and, at least, two additional metal plates inclined relative to main metal plate. Foundation plates are installed on base and combined into solid plate over area of entire building. Laid on plate strut frames are floor plates to form rooms for location of process equipment.
