The massage helmet (1), to fit over the head, has massage cords (4) which are 1-6 mm thick and 3-14 mm long. The diameter of the helmet is the diameter (b) of the head (6) plus an added section (c) of 2-7 cm. The outer layer (3) is stitched to the inner massage layer (2) by seams (5). The helmet fabric is of natural fibers e.g. cotton or linen, together with added fibers of stinging nettles, hemp and lime tree leaves with other fibers from antiseptic and healing plants. The outer surface has an active capillary action to remove deposits from the skin and hair roots.
