The transmission has a toothed spur pinion (2) as drive pulley, and a toothed hollow driven pulley (1) forming a reduction gear. With backward acting rotary force, the drive eccentric (3) located in the center of the spur pinion, is at a standstill, and the blind eccentrics (5a,b) in the spur pinion show a change in the effective eccentricity, due to their position. This prevents the parallel crank drives moving the pinion drive, to be active, and therefore self-locking occurs.
