The shoe sole has a non-slip structure with non-slip components, oriented on main alignments (0) in zones which match the image of the human foot, to transmit the dynamics of natural walking movements into a maximum non-slip effect over the whole sole area. Some zones (4-8) retain traction during the shifts of the body center of gravity, and the outer edge zone (9) prevents slipping at the edge. The center section (3) gives a grip when rock climbing, or on the iron ladders of tower cranes and the like. The non-slip elements have the shape of closed humps with scoring, truncated pyramids or cones with slits. The sole is of rubber or a polymer material.
