The safety button (71) of the housing moves in the top (7) slot and has two stops (711) to strike the top ends of projections (811) of the up-and-down actuator button (81) riding in the opening of the bottom part (8). The actuator (81) is stopped when the safety button (71) is pre-loaded by spring (72) up to the middle part of the slot (7). The actuator button (81) has upright openings (812) for projections (811) and also two blocks (82) holed at the top for a rod (85) serving as pivot axis running through the openings (812). Torsion spring (83) pre-tensions the rod to an actuator button center rib. The rib lies between two humps of the actuator button face used to slide the two pivot blocks to an edge of the button when this (81) is forced up into the release position. The blocks (82) connect to a cable (6) itself linked to the hand grips.
