The element (1) is provided on its underside (10) with an elastic sleeve (2) filled with a viscous or granular material (20), e.g. water or an aqueous gel, allowing its contour to match the shape of the wearer's wrist. An Independent claim for a wrist band provided with a wrist-worn element is also included.
