Device (1) for distributing a liquid, especially a solid-containing fertilizer, comprises a distribution housing (2) having a number of outlet openings (3) arranged on a circular path (D) and each leading to an outlet line (4), a feed line (5), and a distribution rotor (6) rotating in the housing to distribute the liquid from the feed line to the outlet openings. The distribution rotor has a covering body (8) with at least one through opening (9) for covering the outlet openings. The through opening is arranged on the same circular path as the outlet openings. The distribution rotor has at least one distribution line (10) which is connected at the inlet side to the feed line and opens on the outlet side into the through opening. In the course of one rotation of the covering body the outlet openings are charged one after the other with the liquid, whilst the outlet openings not overlaid by the through opening are covered. Preferred Features: The outlet openings are arranged on the base (7) of the distribution housing. The covering body is a covering plate. The distribution line opens via a nozzle (13) into the through opening. The nozzle has a conical nozzle part made of plastic or rubber.
