The fruit is pressed against the conical dome (7) rotated by the electric motor (2) switched by a compression switch (16) as the dome is depressed. Juice is collected in a receiver (9) after which a second switch is operated to increase the motor speed to deposit the fruit flesh by centrifugal force.
