The tumble disk compressor, with a variable stroke volume, has a crank chamber (11) with a tumble disk (30) which swings on a drive shaft (28). The assembly has a suction chamber (14), a pressure chamber (16) and a connecting path (31) between the crank chamber and the suction chamber, and a connecting channel (24) between the pressure chamber and the crank chamber. An oil separator is in the pressure chamber and/or the connecting path, or a filter unit (32) is at one end of the connecting path.
