The fastening device locks a skirt to a wing, via relative movement of locking parts. Guides (6,7) are positioned in overlapping areas, on the inside of an end section (2) and the outside of a wing (5). The end section is elastically deflected and returned for positioning, the guides interlock to form a track for a bolt (9) located on one of the guides (7). The bolt is moveable between a locking position, in which it engages behind the other guide, and a release position for the guide. The skirt is bumper cover (1).
