The photographic film digitizer has an acquisition device with a high-resolution electronic camera sensor (1) suitable for direct digital acquisition of photographic film material. The film section to be acquired is placed in an adapter accommodated by the color camera sensor. All usual black and white and color negative or diapositive films can be accommodated and processed.
