To maintain the health of useful plants and support their defenses by activation of their residual self-defense mechanisms, a biological agent is prepared from cell and tissue structures from a bio-mass with bio-active cell surfaces in the nano to micron structure range. The structures are developed in combination with an increase in their membrane potential or membrane tension and essentially the zeta potential. Low molecular substances are released with or without bonding to cell fragments.
