The device has two housing parts (1,2) that can be assembled together and possibly an intermediate part with inner reflective surfaces and at least one radiator at a distance to these, whereby the housing parts are preferably off hemispherical or funnel shape. Each housing part consists of a wire grid (3,4) and the reflective surfaces are preferably foils (5) matching the housing parts and mounted in them, e.g. aluminum or tin foil.
