The transmission has the sunwheel of the third of three planetary sets (P1, P2, P3) fixed to the housing. The drive is from a shaft (1) which is permanently connected to the sunwheel of the second set and output is through a shaft (2) connected to the crown wheel of the first set and the web of the third set. Four other shafts are also connected in specified ways.
