A switch-on element (3) generates a signal (Reset PO) based on the supply voltage (Vcc), for supply to the reset filter (4). An external reset signal (Reset P) can be supplied to the digital reset filter. The digital reset filter and/or the switch-on element may be integrated in an asynchronous integrated circuit. An Independent claim is included for a method of filtering signals in circuits with asynchronous logic devices.
