POWER-ON RESET CIRCUIT FOR GENERATING A RESET SIGNAL FOR DIVERSE POWER-ON RESET SIGNALS

PURPOSE: A power-on reset circuit for generating a reset signal for diverse power-on reset signals is provided to generate stably the reset signal regardless of a timing at that a power is on. CONSTITUTION: A power-on reset circuit has an input section(410), a schmitt trigger invertor(430) and a reset signal generating section(450). The input section(410) is inputted a power-on signal. The input section(410) attenuates a noise effect for the power-on signal and outputs it. The schmitt trigger invertor(430) receives the power-on signal from the input section and outputs a toggled lever signal. The reset signal generating section(450) generates the reset signal of a pulse in response to the output signal from the schmitt trigger invertor(430).
