The switching device has at least one switch with a rotary ring (1,2) having a movable electrical contact part (3,4) cooperating with stationary contact surfaces provided by a flexible circuit board conductor path layout. The flexible circuit board is reinforced at the positions (5') of the stationary contact surfaces by a support block (6), the stationary contact surfaces arranged around a cylindrical mantle surface concentric to the rotary ring, the movable electrical contact parts positioned on the inside of the latter, with ratchet pins (7,8, 7',8') defining the switch positions.
