Printing method in which the print forme surface and a squeegee type inking strip are moved relative to each other so that the ink or printing fluid is pushed into the fluid passages in the surface of the print forme. Passage of the inking strip is matched to the size and shape of the openings in the forme surface. An Independent claim is also included for a sheet printing device.
