Account is taken of the relativity in simultaneity as well as in an expanded Sagnac effect and in known correlation between world time and local time expressed as approximatelyoapproximatelyDtUT = DELTAapproximatelyF = DELTAtLT/24 h in respect of systems in motion or moving objects. A three-dimensional position is obtained for an unknown location (P) on the earth through measurement of time differences between clock time at a local point of measurement and a reference point (ta) for world time (UT) that does not rely on location and refers to a chosen fixed location like the sun.
