The device has porous parts that are manufactured by using powder metallurgical techniques and/or the combination of powder metallurgical and conventional manufacturing techniques. Different metals are used on one working process to manufacture the porous parts, i.e. the porous parts of the completed plate consist of a material similar to an alloy or of a defined alloy depending on manufacturing conditions.
