A tube (22) has several optical spacers for dividing interior portion of the housing into several sections (24a-24c), such that the front section abuts with the optical fiber (12), and the final section has a multi-layered reflector (36) with multiple refractive indices. Light-transmissive and light dispersing materials (28a-28c) with different dispersive power, are filled in each section..
