The procedure for the manufacture of bicycle stands on a base (1) of natural stones entails drilling (2), grinding and dressing suitable natural stone so that they serve as a base for the fitting of bicycle holding devices (3) of metal. The types of natural stones and the forming and materials of the holding devices are combined diversely. In addition to their use as a support for metal holding devices the natural stones can be used to carry advertising material.
