The method of sealing chambers (2) against fluid in underground construction has a chamber positioned between two blocking dams (1,1') filled with bitumen or asphalt which is held under pressure. Two dams are constructed in each single stretch with the space between them filled. The filling is held under pressure by convergence of gases.
