The male pipe fitting has a union nut (1) which has a threaded hole (10) and an inwards protruding flange (11), and a connecting pipe (2) with a stop shoulder for the flange. The flange has an eccentric through-hole (110), the diameter of which corresponds at least to the outside diameter of the stop shoulder on the connecting pipe. The stop shoulder is constructed in an annular slot in the connecting pipe. A sleeve (3) is introduced in the union nut in the region of the connecting pipe and enables the union nut to be guided concentrically to the connecting pipe in the fitted position.
